Privacy Policy
What data we collect
- Gift card request form: name, e-mail address, phone number and the requested gift card value. We use these only to handle your request and issue the gift card (preparation and performance of a contract).
- Table reservations are made through the external service TableOnline, which has its own privacy terms.
- E-mails and calls: if you contact us, we process the data you provide in order to reply.
- Technical data: cookies necessary for the site to work and Google reCAPTCHA for spam protection (legitimate interest). See the cookie page.
Retention
Gift card request data is kept until the request has been fulfilled or declined. Invoice-related data is kept for seven years under the Estonian Accounting Act. Cookie lifetimes are listed on the cookie page.
Who we share data with
Data is not sold or passed to third parties for marketing. Technical service providers (web hosting, e-mail, Google reCAPTCHA and, with consent, Google Maps) process data on our behalf or under their own terms.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing and to object. Consent-based processing can be withdrawn at any time. Write to info@harg.ee. You may also lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee).
